Marietta, GA – How to be a problem solver.
Being a consistent problem takes practice but isn’t hard. When faced with a problem to solve, break the problem into smaller pieces and put the puzzle back to together. You will then understand where the problem is at its most basic level. By fixing that smaller pieces, the problem’s answer becomes identifiable and easier to address. This is called root cause analysis. Every problem has a root cause that can be identified and tackled. Practice looking for the root cause or “essence” of problems and you will begin seeing trends and patterns. Being a problem solver can be a lot of fun. Remember, problems wouldn’t be so much fun if everyone could solve them. 
